In order to achieve this goal, we provide free delivery services in Mainland China for any orders between 800 RMB and 980 RMB; and when the order is less than 800 RMB, we will kindly ask our customer to pay for a fix postage fee of 80 RMB and the customs tax.

A one-time order of less than 800 RMB will be charged 80 RMB for premium postage fee and the client will have to pay for the customs tax.

As per receipt of your order, the expected delivery lead-time is between 10 to 15 working days.

  • BETWEEN 800 RMB AND 980 RMB – FREE SHIPPING

Each order cannot exceed 980 RMB. We would like to thank our dear customers for their understanding.

For every order between 800 RMB and 980 RMB, we are offering the premium shipping and taking the customs tax at our expenses.

As per receipt of your order, the expected delivery lead-time is between 10 to 15 working days.

DELIVERY LEADTIME

Please note that the 10 to 15 working days delivery lead-time is a reference time based on past experiences and is a forecast. Many special circumstances may occur during international transportation which could cause delays in the delivery of the order package, such as for example:
  • Airline delays,
  • National strikes,
  • Customs clearance procedures of the final destination are beyond our control.
If you still do not receive the package 45 days after the date of shipping confirmation, please use your registered email address and send the order details to our Chinese customer service: crossborder-cs@florihana.cn. We will handle the after-sales matters for you in accordance with the lost package process. In this case, you must inform the Chinese customer service team of the non-delivery of the package within 3 months after the package is dispatched. If there is no notice or an overdue notice, we will not provide after-sales service for package loss.
