Florihana absolutes come from botanically defined plant raw materials that are 100% pure and 100% natural. Washing the concrete with alcohol to dissolve the scent molecules and then the mixture is filtered to separate waxes and pigments. A glaze is then required to remove the last traces of wax. The remaining product is distilled under vacuum to remove all traces of alcohol.
